Expanding Family looking for a Farm House (Skagit County)

Hi there, The Fiancé and I are looking to relocate up to Skagit or Snohomish County to be closer to family.
We currently live near Spanaway.
We are a stable couple in our 30's and have been together for over ten years.
I work up in Anacortes and the Fiancé works for herself so we are trying to eliminate the insane drive I do driving up north during the week as well.
We are looking for a Farm House with some property.
We keep honeybees, have goats, chickens and cats.
We enjoy gardening a living a self sustainable lifestyle.
There's a lot of trades between us we both know and we need to space for animals and hobbies.
We've also been considering expanding our family with a child.
So it would be important for us to find a place we could rent long term, four or five years.
A place we can work on getting more established.
