Handyman Renter (Whidbey Island)

Looking to rent from a private owner that needs work done on a property in exchange for rent or partial rent.
Available to start renting May 30th, 2024.
My husband is a carpenter with 4 years of experience.
We also recently renovated a 1970s mobile home together.
We have 2 well behaved cats that have literally never used the bathroom outside their litter box and are both fixed.
I’m a stay at home mother that keeps a tidy house.
