Wanted Trailer/Bus/Tiny Home for Work Trade/Payments - $5,000 (Mount Vernon)

I'm looking for a sustainable living situation which I am eager to pay for in cash or/and work trade.
By sustainable I mean a space (trailer tiny house, school bus - I'm open to offers) to buy to live in that is under $5000 and whose current owners are willing to take payments or/and work trade.
I'm open to any offers that fall within those very loose parameters.
Ideally I'd like to buy a small (under 19 ft, 3000 lbs) trailer ("vintage" 1960s preferred) which is in need of renovation or is taking up room in someone's driveway or is just unused - I'm flexible on the details - just needs to be structurally sound, without major leaks or faulty flooring.
Doesn't need wiring, plumbing, appliances, etc.
although having any of those amenities would be ideal.
A place to park is not needed but if it was part of the package I would be open to it depending on the location & lot cost.
I've been encouraged to "be open to opportunities" and "to put myself out there"' by well meaning friends.
I am employed, full time with a local non profit helping house my neighbors without homes and am able to make payments towards this purchase - I just have dismal credit and have made poor fiscal choices in the past which has greatly limited any financing options.
I do have excellent references from stable reputable members of our community I have worked for over the years who are willing to vouch for my trustworthiness if you'd like to offer a payment plan or/and my ability to provide labor in and outside of a home - landscaping, gardening, cleaning, organizing, errand running - if interested in a work/trade deal.
