The cottage is close to the hiking trails at Deception Pass State Park, additional local hiking can be found at Washington Park, on Mount Erie and The Tommy Thomson Trail.
The State’s very popular tourist attraction is the Deception Pass Bridge, viewed from the cottage water’s edge and a perfect view can be seen from inside the boathouse.
This magnificent bridge is only a 5 minute drive away.
Of course, there are many more activities and places to have a great time in Anacortes.
The harborside marinas are fun to walk through and our delightful downtown is full of fabulous restaurants, bars and great shopping.
