We offer competitive pay ($23.
00 - $34.
00 per hour DOE).
Benefits available include 7 paid holidays, vacation, sick pay, along with medical, dental and vision, 75% paid by the company.
Also a 401k with a 3% employer match.
All eligible employees become an owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Work hours are typically Monday - Friday, days with start and end times that may vary a bit depending on the project.
Night and weekend work may be needed on occasion.
JOB DUTIES
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
Assist in building structures for residential and commercial construction sites
Participate in demolition
Operate hand and power tools of all types
Maintain a clean job site
Assist during excavation activities
Load and unload material
Many other tasks as required
DESIRED SKILLS

Building and mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in construction
Adaptively and flexibility
Strong reading and math skills
Flexible schedule
REQUIRED
WA Driver’s License
Clean driving record
