Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Manager to join our team.
As the Marine Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marine construction projects and ensuring their successful completion.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of marine construction processes.
Duties:
* Planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet contract requirements
* Control project budget, scope, and timelines.
* Development and management of MS Project timelines
* Identifying resource requirements, allocating resources to optimize schedules
* collaboration with production managers to match requirements and resources
Candidates must have experience in managing manufacturing projects, experience using MS Project, demonstrate leadership, time management, effective communicates both verbally and in writing, and a demonstrate a commitment to quality results
