```Duties```
As an Early Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum
- Planning and delivering lessons that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Creating a safe classroom environment
- Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborating with parents and guardians to support student learning and development
- Incorporating literacy education into daily activities and lessons
- Organizing and supervising educational field trips
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Provide opportunities for spiritual growth in students
