21' RG6/U quad shield coax cable w/F fittings (Oak Harbor)

21' Cable Matters quad-shield coax cable w/F fittings, 18 AWG.
This was condemned by Comcast as failing its test (for data transmission), and they replaced it, but I am suspicious; this is not a cheap cable.
Anyway, I can't trust it, so I'm passing it along as it's "probably" OK for a lot of uses.
Always indoors, never abused or installed under minimum radius, no kinks, etc.
