Extra large chicken coop - $1 (Bow)

This coop has to go by tomorrow evening.
Brand new it would sell for at least $1500 but because of its age and my extreme circumstances, please make me a reasonable offer.
You must come and take it off the property yourself.
There’s a slim possibility that we can load it up with the excavator, but most likely you would need to bring multiple men and of course transport it yourself.
Dimensions are approximately 8 1/2 feet long by 4 feet wide and 8’ at peak.
Roof was redone a year ago and in impeccable shape whereas the floor might need some TLC yet completely solid.
No nesting boxes included but fully ventilated and equipped with a roosting bar.
The scoop can hold 20+ chickens easily.
I have 16 currently with absolutely no problems and only have to clean it out every 3 to 4 weeks.
