Free housing (small RV to be placed on site or bring your own small RV) for one person in exchange for a watchman on site.
Seeking someone to work 1-2 hours a day also helping with menial chores & can make a little extra money.
This is a farm with lots of cars, equipment, and other stored items needs someone to live on site to watch at night and be a "presence" to keep the riff raff away.
It's located on acreage with a home and several outbuildings.
If you're a tinkerer and have car/equipment hobbies this may be a perfect opportunity for you plus you won't have to pay rent or utilities, just for being a presence.
Close to the freeway.
Must have your own transportation.
Need someone with some sort of security experience as this is a "watchman" type position and a "watchman presence" on site will keep the riff raff away! Email or text your background.
