Volvo XC90 - $10,900 (Birdsview)

Well loved and cared for AWD 2013 Volvo XC90 for sale.
This car is clean and has been well cared for.
Title in hand.
The exterior is a black metallic that shimmers.
Wear is commensurate with age.
The most noticeable scratch is on the back left rear bumper.
I got too close to a bush when I was backing up one day.
The other is a small patched area near the back left tail gate that was there when I bought it.
It is small (see photos).
I’ve been the owner since 2018 and it’s had annual maintenance by Lynnwood Sandberg Volvo.
Annual maintenance just completed in January 2024.
I also just had it detailed.
New 80,000 mile warranty Michelin tires installed at 87k miles.
New rear brakes and fuel filter as of January 2024.
All service records are available from 2018 on.
The interior is light tan leather with wood grain accents.
The leather is in good condition and has been conditioned regularly to keep it that way.
There are some scratches/ marks on some of the interior dials (see photos).
We are located in Birdsview near the Hamilton/ Lyman / Concrete area.
This is my 3rd Volvo.
I love them.
