Its basically a one owner commuter car, mom with kids whom took pretty good care of it, I bought 6 months ago because the motor in my truck blew, I'm ready to put a motor in my truck so I'm selling this.
when I bought it I did new tires, brakes pad and rotor kit front n rear, valve cover gasket set, intake plenum gasket, timing belt kit, water pump, power steering pump and battery to get it tip top recommend by my trusted mechanic.
It runs and drives great.
These are well made cars and highly recommended due to their longevity and reliability.
It was a little dirty from the kids when I bought it so I had it detailed and the carpets professional cleaned, there are carpet stains that didn't come out, over all the interiors in good shape.
There's is a slight and small 2in tear or seperation on the driver's seat at bottom entry side from going in and out in and out.

Only issue yet not an issue was the VSA system, it was having problems, my trusted mechanic recommended just to disconnect and completely turned off the system which we did, it's a Vehicle Stability Assist system which originally can be manually turned off, it doesn't effect the driving mechanisms of the vehicle, it drives, maneuvers and handles real solid and smooth.
Also the on board Hands free bluetooth code is locked from previous owner whom could remember code so I've bypassed it with a bluetooth FM converter which works great, outside of that all other functions work great as well.
Over all it's a nice Acura
