2004 Gulf Stream C class RV - $10,000 (Sedro Woolley)

Negatives: Serious water damage on the floor in the rear - bathroom/kitchen area.
Floor should probably be replaced.
Two spots where ceiling leaks.
Leak at base of toilet.
Generator doesn't start.
Overhead stove light doesn't work.
Still drives but engine needs some maintenance including oil change.
Both headlights are out so don't recommend driving at night.
Passenger side mirror hangs out of place.
Tail light cover missing.
Positives: Easy to drive and still runs.
Air conditioner and furnace run, temp control works.
Backup camera works well.
Freezer/refrigerator work great and in good condition.
Stovetop and oven work well and in good condition.
Microwave works and in good condition.
Slide out works and all lightfixtures.
Newer foam bench seats with upholstery.
