was built out as a food truck in the late 80's-has commercial hood, grill, steam table and fryer (tbh not sure they work as I had not completed replacing LPG lines)
LPG tank and water tanks - both mounted to outside/under
rear lift (stationary, so sort of a porch really)
I did some work removing rotten wood from edges, wood replaced and ready for new flooring
Removed old residential freezer and fridge as well as old water tank and pump
Some rust on cab, windshield needs to be reset (seal is bad, glass is fine), seems it sat for a while
